Fryerning Fisheries is a carp anglers oasis located in the heart of Essex about 15 minutes from Brentwood. Owned and operated by Chris Knowles, Fryerning is an immaculate and stunning syndicate fishery with an amazing head of carp spread across three lakes; the Car Park Lake, Valley Lake and Main Lake.

There are some spectacular carp on offer at Fryerning, the product of rigorous scientific excellence in fishery management and running their own breeding programme. To date, Fryerning boasts an impressive stock of hundred of 20’s, 100 English 30’s, 14 x 40’s and the jewel in the crown, Gurmintrude at 51lbs (as of June 2014). Yes, you read that correctly!

Aside from the angling, other facilities include modern clean toilets and showers, free tea and coffee making facilities in the Lakeside Lodge, free charging facilities and a deep freezer for bait and food. Security and safety is second-to-none; access controlled electronic gated entrance and CCTV installed throughout make this one of the safest venues around, giving you total peace of mind.

To top it all off, if you feel you need to brush up on a few skills, or are new to the sport, tutorials are available on site with carp angling legend, Adam Penning (booked with Adam directly).
